khaanpaan sambandhi anuchit aadten.

shaaririk vyaayaam kaa aabhaav yaa baithe rahne ki aadat.

mandiraa, dhumrpaan, chaay, kaphi, paan, tambaaku aadi kaa sevan.

dabaav v tanaav.

yah sabhi kaaran motaape ke lia ek mul kaaran kahe jaa sakte hain shaaririk vyaayaam ke abhaav ke saath-saath jarurat se jyaadaa bhojan karnaa.

Upchaar -

thandaa kati snaan din men do baar. mausam ke anukul hone par 15 se 20 minat tak snaan kiyaa jaa saktaa hai.

saptaah men ek baar tel maalish karne se sharir ki aadhaari chayaapachay ki dar men vriaddhi hoti hai tathaa yah vajan ghataane men sahaayak aushadhi ke rup men upyogi rahti hai.

stim, saunaa snaan sharir ke chayaapachay ke aadhaar ko badhaa dete hain kathaa vajan kam karne men bhi sahaayak hai.

garm paani men epsam saalt milaakar 15 se 20 minat tak snaan karnaa bhi sahaayak hotaa hai.

phrikshan snaan, grejuat emarsan snaan, nyutral varlpul (bhanvar) snaan tathaa paani ke niche maalish bhi laabhkaari hai.
